A webinar devoted to the new Arbitration Rules of the Chamber of Arbitrators at the Union of Lawyers jointly organised by Young ADR — Belarus and the Chamber of Arbitrators took place on 28 January 2021.
Oksana Kotel, partner in Goretsky & Partners, member of the Presidium of the Chamber of Arbitrators, together with her colleagues Aleksei Korochkin, the Chairman of the Chamber of Arbitrators, and Alexey Anischenko, member of the Presidium of the Chamber of Arbitrators, acted as speakers during the webinar.
Oksana and her colleagues have been directly involved into the drafting process of the new edition of the Arbitration Rules of the Chamber of Arbitrators. During the webinar the listeners had a chance to get all the necessary information about the Chamber of Arbitrators and its Rules directly from the drafters.
The moderators of the webinar were Veronika Pavlovskaya, main coordinator of Young ADR — Belarus, and Aliaksei Vashkevich, coordinator of Young ADR — Belarus.
