The season of online legal events does not seem to come to its end, and the team of Goretsky & Partners continues to share its knowledge and experience online.
On 11 December 2020, Alexander Goretsky and Kseniya Filipovich held an online lecture on the protection of rights and interests of the Republic of Belarus in international arbitration as a part of the series of seminars “Legal regulation and activities of business entities on transborder markets of the EAEU”.
The seminars were held as a series of educational events for local and republican state officials and representatives of the entities based in Minsk.
The series of events was devoted to different issues of legal regulation aimed at the protection of state and private interests on the common market of the Eurasian Economic Union, especially in the spheres crucial for innovation economy of the Republic of Belarus in the era of digitalisation and globalisation.
The lawyers of Goretsky & Partners were glad to share their experience in representing the Republic of Belarus in international arbitration with the attendees.
