The article “International commercial arbitration in the Republic of Belarus” written by Oksana Kotel, one of the partners in Goretsky & Partners, has been published in the July issue of the international arbitration journal Arbitration.ru.
This article is dedicated to the peculiarities of international commercial arbitration in the Republic of Belarus, including existing arbitral institutions, issues of arbitrability of disputes, application of interim measures in arbitration, jurisdiction of an arbitral tribunal, substitution of parties to a contract, recognition and enforcement/annulment of arbitral awards.
