The team of Goretsky & Partners congratulates Ivan Yurevich and the team of the Faculty of International Relations of the Belarusian State University on victory in the international student moot court competition on international commercial arbitration.
On 21 October 2020, the team of the Faculty of International Relations of the Belarusian State University won the international student moot court competition on international commercial arbitration “RFTA 2020 – International Sale of Goods” named after Mikhail Rosenberg, jointly organised by the Russian Foreign Trade Academy and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation.
One of the team members was Ivan Yurevich, an associate of Goretsky & Partners.
In addition to being the winner of the main competition, the team was awarded prizes for the best logics of legal argumentation and the best memorandum for Claimant.
Ivan Yurevich was recognised as the best speaker on behalf of Respondent.
