On the eve of the May holidays, the Legal Forum in Belarus (#БЮФ2024) was held in Minsk on 6 — 8 May, with GIP | Goretsky & Partners as a partner.
A rich programme awaited the participants of the forum — meetings with colleagues, a quiz-battle for lawyers, author’s tours around Belarus and, most importantly, 12 sessions of useful information.
Advocate Anastasia Pavluchenko presented the speech on the topic „Peculiarities of Mutual Enforcement of court decisions of the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation“ at the session Topical Aspects of Dispute Resolution involving Non-Residents.
Anastasia highlighted important practical problems of this mechanism and demonstrated on the example of specific cases what nuances companies may encounter enforcing decisions of Belarusian economic courts in Russia.
