On 30 October an online seminar „Insolvency Resolution Law: what has changed for creditors and debtors“ was held, dedicated to the recent changes in the Belarusian bankruptcy legislation. The event was organised by the Yurist magazine.
Anton Zakharov, Senior Associate at GIP | Goretsky & Partners, spoke at a seminar on the satisfaction of creditors’ claims under the Insolvency Resolution Law.
As part of his presentation, Anton told the colleagues about how the order of satisfaction of claims has changed, and also focused on the specifics of satisfying the claims of pledge creditors, founders (shareholders) of the debtor, interested and affiliated creditors.
