On 20 October Minsk hosted the annual XI Belarusian Forum of Corporate Lawyers, where the participants discussed the latest legislative changes, current court practice, the most controversial and ambiguous issues of legal regulation of companies’ activities.
Legal advisors, heads of legal departments, executives, advocates and business owners gathered on the forum platform.
Advocate Oksana Kotel spoke at the forum in the session „Corporate legal relations: handling situations and preventing conflicts“.
Also, colleagues discussed the prevention of corporate conflicts and analyzed the most typical problem situations using selected as examples.
