GIP | Goretsky & Partners traditionally supports student initiatives that help future lawyers develop important skills by solving case studies.
This year, the legal case championship Be Legal Cup, which took place in November 2022, became such an initiative.
The participants of the competition had the opportunity to try their hand at different areas of legal practice.
The case championship was held in two stages. The preliminary stage consisted in the preparation of a written legal consultation and was supposed to contain answers and explanations to the questions asked in the case.
In the second stage, the participants prepared a legal position on the case and presented it orally as representatives of a party to the case, as well as preparing a legal document and participating in negotiations.
