On 3 December 2021, an international applied research conference “Modern tendencies and challenges of international arbitration” jointly organised by Belarusian Republican Union of Lawyers, Chamber of Arbitrators at the Union of Lawyers and Minsk Regional Bar Association took place in Minsk.
Anastasia Pavluchenko, MRBA | GIP advocate presented her report devoted to peculiarities of representing a state in international investment arbitration.
Other participants of the conference were lawyers of prominent international law firms and representatives of the Chamber of Arbitrators at the Union of Lawyers.
