On 10 September 2021, Ivan Yurevich, associate at Goretsky & Partners, took part in a panel discussion devoted to the role of a tribunal secretary in international dispute resolution proceedings organised within the framework of the Uzbek Arbitration Week.
The event started with a keynote address by Prof. Pierre Tercier followed by the discussion of the topical issues and problems related to the role of a tribunal secretary.
Prominent Europe-based lawyers practicing in the field of international arbitration took part in the webinar as panellists alongside Ivan. The discussion panel was moderated by Nata Ghibradze, senior associate at the international law firm Hogan Lovells.
