On 22 April 2021, Anastasia Pavluchenko, the partner at Goretsky & Partners, acted as a speaker at the forum TO THE POINT! dedicated to the problems of financial market development. The forum has been organised by the ProCREDIT group.
Among other things, the participants discussed topical issues of debt restructuring, trends in debt collection and regulation of financial consultants’ activities.
In course of the part of the forum devoted to the lifehacks in debt recovery, Anastasia talked about how a complex asset dissipation scheme can be successfully challenged based on the example of an interesting case from the practice of Goretsky & Partners.
