Oksana Kotel, partner in Goretsky & Partners, was elected to the Presidium of the International Arbitration Court “Chamber of Arbitrators at the Union of Lawyers”.
Chamber of Arbitrators is a permanently operating non-governmental non-profit organization, the competence of which includes the settlement of disputes of economic and other nature, both between non‑residents and residents of the Republic of Belarus.
The members of the Presidium of the International Chamber of Arbitrators are appointed from among arbitrators and are highly qualified legal professionals, recognised authorities in the legal community. They are well-known scientists and practising lawyers, partners and specialists of leading law, audit, and consulting firms and research organizations of the respective country.
We wish success in development and promotion of the arbitration institution to Oksana and other members of the Presidium – partners in leading law firms in Belarus, Russia, Switzerland, Kazakhstan and Ukraine.
